Location was convenient, just 12 minutes from downtown. Friendly staff made check-in smooth.

The room was not clean, with noticeable stains and unpleasant odors from nearby smoking areas. Pool area was unkempt and uncomfortable.

Sweet stay with comfy beds

We crashed here for 5 nights and it was pretty chill. The room was nice, super comfy beds, but we had a little issue with cleanliness, like the floors could’ve used a good mop. The front desk staff was awesome though, helped us out every time we had a key problem. Breakfast ended too early for us, so we hit up McDonald's next door.

The staff were attentive, quickly assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby cafes. The room was clean and updated, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night’s sleep.

More variety in breakfast options would be ideal.

This hotel was an optimal selection for a weekend escape in Milwaukee with good value for cost. The lobby was inviting and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Make sure to check the breakfast options—they had chopped ham instead of the usual meats.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable for my family. Housekeeping kept our room clean and well-stocked during our stay.

However, the service we received from the staff was far from satisfactory.

The king room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. The air conditioning worked great and the bathroom had nice complimentary toiletries. The indoor pool was warm and relaxing, with a hot tub nearby. Beautiful fitness center to keep up with workouts. Really enjoyed the stay!

Honestly, I'd consider sleeping in the Falcon if given the choice.
